TWE Crane Services employee’s consist of experienced Diesel Mechanics whom service and maintain all required cranes, vehicles and equipment by carrying out repairs, diagnostics, modifications and preventative maintenance. Our TWE team ensure scheduled and unscheduled work orders are completed in a timely and safe manner.

OUR SERVICES

Our TWE team ensure scheduled and unscheduled work orders are completed in a timely and safe manner.

  • We are able to undertake any and all modifications required. We are also vastly experienced in suggesting and advising specific modifications that might be suitable for specific undertakings.

  • We pride ourselves on being available to all our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in order to carry out both scheduled and emergency repairs. Our confidence and experience ensures timely appointment to minimise down time for your machine.

  • Our highly skilled and knowledgable team are experts in diagnostics. Using a combination of experience and state of the art tools, we are able to successfully diagnose and subseqently remedy even the most difficult problems.

  • Through thorough practice and proficiency in providing our services, we are able to preempt and recommend future works needing to be initiated to ensure effective working capacity of your machine, at all times.

  • We specialise in rope inspections and repairs. We all have our WireCo Resin Spelter Buttons certification, and our proudly the only ones in Victoria to be certified to provide this service.

QUALITY SERVICE

  • Completion of scheduled work orders in full to the satisfaction of the Managing Director. 

  • Resolution of unscheduled work requirements as required by the Managing Director. 

  • Conducting preventative maintenance checks and notifying Managing Director of issues identified.

  • Completion of documentation associated with tasks in a timely and comprehensive manner. 

  • Maintaining regular communication with the Managing Director. 

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area on completion of allocated tasks.

  • Communicating with and considering fellow employees of both TWE Crane Services and other associated industry employees to ensure safe and productive work environment.

  • Engaging in any training, as required by management. 

  • Strong commitment to TWE Crane Services visions.
