ABOUT TWE CRANE SERVICES

TWE Crane Services is a locally owned, family-operated business, which has been servicing the Australian Crane Industry since 2015. The business consists of a main servicing and maintenance (of mobile cranes and crawler cranes) division to provide expertise and solutions for a wide range of domestic, commercial and industrial projects, both locally and throughout Victoria and Australia. We proudly operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We pride ourselves on providing reliable and excellent service that allows us to maintain loyal clients, servicing the Australian crane industry long into the future. We create outstanding relationships with our clients and the quality of service will always remain second to none.

QUALITY SERVICE

  • Completion of scheduled work orders in full to the satisfaction of the Managing Director. 

  • Resolution of unscheduled work requirements as required by the Managing Director. 

  • Conducting preventative maintenance checks and notifying Managing Director of issues identified.

  • Completion of documentation associated with tasks in a timely and comprehensive manner. 

  • Maintaining regular communication with the Managing Director. 

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area on completion of allocated tasks.

  • Communicating with and considering fellow employees of both TWE Crane Services and other associated industry employees to ensure safe and productive work environment.

  • Engaging in any training, as required by management. 

  • Strong commitment to TWE Crane Services visions. 

OUR SET UP

VEHICLES

Four fully equipped service vehicles, one with a fully functioning 10x6 service trailer, and one Isuzu Service Truck with air compressor and loading crane.  All 3 vehicles are set up with specialised tooling and fully stocked with lubricants and consumables. 

FACTORY

Our factory in Bayswater, Melbourne has a 1400sq floor area and the ability to offer our full range of services on premises.

OFFICE

Our office is also located at this site, whereby our admin and HR team operate from.

OUR TEAM

TWE Crane Services employee’s consist of experienced Diesel Mechanics whom service and maintain all required cranes, vehicles and equipment by carrying out repairs, diagnostics, modifications and preventative maintenance and ensuring scheduled and unscheduled work orders are completed in a timely and safe manner. In addition, our diesel mechanics have the ability and required licences for both operation and rigging.

WHO IS IN OUR TEAM:

  • 4 fully qualified and certified crane technicians, with a collective scope of 30+ years experience in the mechanical industry. We have specialised high risk licences such as C0 & C6.

  • 2 apprentice Diesel Mechanics

  • An administrative manager who is directly contactable via phone and email in regards to accounts and invoicing.

  • A human relations manager.
